Silicone heel cup with a soft spot in the center. The insert cups the heel pad as it wraps around the heel.

The inserts are ideal for heel spurs and sore heels. The heel insert can be easily moved from shoe to shoe and is easy to clean with lukewarm water, perhaps with a mild soap.

Available in multiple sizes and sold in pairs.

Even if only one heel has an issue, it's important to place the heel inserts in both shoes to avoid back problems. They are delivered in pairs and are available in 3 sizes.
